Pelloempire ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pass Round Donkey mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide and improve the App experience:

Device Identifiers: We collect device advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA) to serve personalized advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or when prompted by the App Tracking Transparency dialog.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data such as app launches, feature interactions, and session duration to improve the App.
Advertising Data: Information about advertisements viewed and interacted with within the App.
Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
Location data (precise or coarse)
Photos, contacts, or other personal files
Financial information (payments are processed securely by Apple and Google)
Health, fitness, or biometric data

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app purchases. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Google and is never shared with us.

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases including coin packs and a "Remove Ads" option. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Advertising

The App displays banner and rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. You may opt out of personalized advertising by:

Declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt (iOS)
Adjusting your device's ad personalization settings
Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase to permanently disable all advertisements

Data Storage

Game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using the App's local storage. Online game data (such as multiplayer game states and leaderboard scores) is stored on Firebase servers and identified by anonymous device-generated IDs, not personal information.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or the submission of any personal data.

Data Retention

Local data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Anonymous analytics and crash data collected by third-party services are retained according to their respective data retention policies.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Opt out of personalized advertising via device settings
Delete local app data by uninstalling the App
Request information about data collected by contacting us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
